The first 6 months of the Employment will be a probationary period. The Employer may bring the Employment to an end during the probationary period at any time by giving one week's written notice or by making a Payment in Lieu of one week’s notice. The Employer may, in its absolute discretion, extend the probationary period. During this probationary period the Employer shall monitor your performance and suitability for the role.
