THIS SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of New Orleans, represented by LaToya Cantrell, Mayor (the “City”), and Silence is Violence, represented by Tamara Jackson-Snowden, Executive Director (the “Subrecipient”). The City and the Subrecipient may sometimes each be referred to as a “Party,” and collectively, as the “Parties.” The Agreement is effective as of July 1, 2024 (the “Effective Date”).
