By this License between Begell House, Inc. and the institution named below (“Trialing Institution” or “Trialing Institution”). Begell House, Inc. grants the Trialing Institution, at its Authorized Sites, the right to access, via the Begell Digital Library online service, the full text electronic versions of the Begell House journals (the “Online Journals”), proceedings (the “Online Proceedings”), databases (the “Online Databases”), references (the “Online References”), and electronic books (the “E-Books”) (collectively referred to herein as “Online Products”) for which the Trialing Institution maintains a subscription, subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth in Section II, all of which are hereby agreed to by Begell House, Inc. and the Trialing Institution
