(“Amendment”) is made and entered into effective the day of October, 2019, by and between DHIC – Lakeview, LLC, and DR Horton – Texas LTD (collectively, “Current Owner”), as successors to TXI OPERATIONS, LP (“Prior Owner”), FORT BEND COUNTY TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY (“Authority”), and FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS (“County,” and, together with the Authority, “Grantee”).
