This Release is also being given by (“Responsible Adult” - PARENT). I am the parent or legal guardian of the Participant, and I am signing this Release on behalf of myself; the minor Participant; and anyone who may assert claims on account of the Participant or me. Also, as the parent or legal guardian, I consent to the participation of Participant in the Youth Interactive Safety Lab (“the Event”) being conducted by the National Organizations for Youth Safety (“NOYS”) at Glenmont Local Park with additional sponsors and lab contributors.
