This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which iTools will create and host the ecPortal that is branded for Community Sponsor and will provide electronic commerce services for Community Sponsor’s Community, including the creation and maintenance of Community Members’ product catalogs and the processing of Community electronic commerce transactions, subject to the terms and conditions specified below.
