In February 2023, City Council discussed its contract with the City Attorney for services, and the addition of Attorney Revore to the firm representing the city. The City has worked with the Attorney’s office to create a retainer agreement to replace the existing contract that will outline the scope of work and provide a consistent fee schedule for the general counsel and prosecution work. At the meeting, the Council requested the addition of regular contract review date. This agreement calls for an annual review. A copy of the agreement has been provided to Council for review.
