The multi-purpose room is available to rent for hosting private parties and/or meetings during the day or night. You must live in the Metro District south of River Pass Road. To rent the multi-purpose room, please review this agreement to make sure you agree with the terms for a rental. If you agree with the terms of the agreement, then go to the STMD web site and look at the District calendar on the tool bar to the right and see if the date you are looking to have your event is available.
