This Artwork Exploitation License is made on the terms and conditions herein, the NFT Project Terms (as defined in Section 6 below) and certain modifications listed in Schedule 1 (the “Schedules”); each of the NFT Project Terms and the Schedules hereby incorporated by reference (the “License”). In the event there is a conflict of terms between the NFT Project Terms and this License, the NFT Project Terms shall govern, but only to the extent there is a conflict.
