This Music Contributor Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the contributor specified below (“you”) and Arpeggi Labs, Inc. (“we” or “us”), and is entered into as of the date of your signature set forth below. This Agreement applies to all Contributions (as defined below) submitted by you to be used by us and other users of our music platform at arpeggio.io (the “Platform”), including for others to use such Contributions to produce, store and share their own music via the Platform.
