The Participating Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the contractor submitting this agreement (“Participating Contractor”) and New Jersey Natural Gas Company (“NJNG”). This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the Participating Contractor shall participate in the Direct Install Program, hereinafter referred to as “the DI Program,” otfered by NJNG.
