AUTHORITY, a public body corporate and politic, by and through its agent and attorney-in-fact, (hereinafter “Lessor”), at the direction and with the consent of SAVANNAH INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (hereinafter, “Developer”), and EFFINGHAM COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting by and through its governing authority, the Board of Commissioners of Effingham County (hereinafter “Lessee”).
