COMMISSION PACKAGE Action Requested: Purpose of this Commission Package: To request approval to award Contract No. PM0005A21 Pollution Control and Assessment Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to EA Engineering, Science and Technology, Inc. The contract has a base term of three (3) years for a not to exceed amount of $900,000.00 and one (1) two-year option term with an amount not to exceed $600,000.00. The total amount requested for approval is $1,500,000.00. Basis of Award: This solicitation is being awarded to the firm deemed as the most advantageous to WSSC Water, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in the Request for Proposals. Project Overview: The scope of this contract is to provide pollution assessment and control for WSSC Water’s facilities and infrastructure.
