THIS AGREEMENT for the provision of television programming services for the Office of the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, Florida, is made and entered into as of this ______ day of _________________ by and between Island TV LLC, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, having its principal office at 3000 N.W. 151st Street, Miami, Florida 33181 (the "Station" or “Contractor”), and Miami-Dade County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, having its principal office at 111 NW 1st Street, Miami, Florida 33128 (the "County") (collectively, the “Parties”).
