THIS CERTIFICATE SUPPLY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) entitles Licensee to order Certificate Batches (as defined below) for the CI Plus system at DigiCert’s web portal. The Agreement is by and between DigiCert, Inc. (“Provider” or “DigiCert”) a company incorporated in the state of Utah, located at 2801 North Thanksgiving Way, Suite 500, Lehi, Utah 84043 and the Licensee identified below. The Agreement is effective as of the last date signed below (the “Effective Date”).
