The labor provided is an estimate based on prior years of maintenance and repair provided by The Service Company of MS, LLC (TSC). This contract does not in any way predict the occurrences of mechanical failures that may occur on any of the facilities; it is based on The Service Company of MS, LLC’s professional opinion of the labor requirements needed for this facility based on current equipment and environment. This contract is designed to maintain existing equipment, prolong frequency of mechanical failures, and reduce maintenance cost in the future.
