This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), forms part of the Uptime.com Terms and Conditions (available at https://uptime.com/terms-and-conditions), or other written or electronic agreement, by and between Uptime.com LLC (“Uptime.com”) and the undersigned customer of Uptime.com (“Customer”) for certain security services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Uptime.com (the “Main Agreement”). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Main Agreement. Each of Customer and Uptime.com may be referred to herein as a “party” and together as the “parties.”
