Enrollment Information, Agreement and ReleaseEnrollment Agreement • August 10th, 2021
Student and Student's parent, guardian or authorized legal representative (each, or collectively, "Parent") understand and agree that Student’s Enrollment Application must be received by Leadership Platform Acquisition Corporation dba Envision (“Envision”) by the enrollment deadline date through submission of the online enrollment form at EnvisionExperience.com and all related websites as directed. If Student elects the Tuition Payment Plan, Student should submit the deposit with his or her enrollment application. In addition, a $49 nonrefundable payment plan administrative fee is due with the deposit. Otherwise, Student should submit payment in full of the Tuition at the time of application. Payment for any optional products or services, such as college credit or the Tuition and Travel Protection Plan, must also be remitted at the time of enrollment.
