is entered into between Intergraph Government Solutions Corporation (“Intergraph” or “IGS”) and <Subscriber> (“Subscriber”). The benefits and obligations resulting from this Agreement shall inure to and be binding only upon Intergraph and Subscriber. Under this Agreement, Intergraph authorizes Subscriber to use the Software as described herein.
