THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is entered into this day of July, 2020 between the Tippecanoe County Board of Commissioners (“County”), on behalf of Tippecanoe County Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Agency (hereafter “WIC”) and Franciscan Alliance d/b/a Franciscan Health Lafayette (hereafter “Hospital”) in Lafayette, Indiana. The goal is to improve breastfeeding initiation and duration rates among WIC clients who deliver their infants at the Hospital through providing WIC program and breastfeeding services.
