This Master Services Agreement, together with all exhibits and attachments hereto, and any Service Orders or Change Orders issued by the Parties hereunder (collectively, this “Agreement”), dated as of June 19, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Synoptek, LLC, a California limited liability company (together with its Affiliates, “Synoptek” or “Company”) and The Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education on behalf of the College of Southern Nevada, with offices located at “Customer,” and, together with Company, the “Parties”).
