In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement, Deed of Assignment ( First Party Assignment) and Power of Attorney (First Party) all dated 12th September 2019, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor/Borrower and in respect of the Sale And Purchase Agreement between Assignors and Macly Equity Sdn Bhd (“the Developer”) dated 30th April 2019, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
