Board action is requested to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for Metra to participate in a Regional Day Pass Pilot Program (Regional Day Pass). The IGA is between the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), Metra, the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA), and the Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (Pace) (collectively, the Parties). The IGA establish the Parties’ responsibilities under the Regional Day Pass.
