THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of ; 2018, by and between the CITY OF SANFORD, amunicipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Maine and located in the County of York, State of Maine (hereinafter "CITY"), and PINE TREE WASTE, INC., a Maine corporation, located at 87 Pleasant Hill Road, Scarborough, Maine (hereinafter "CONTRACTOR").
