This Residential Customer Agreement is between AmeriGas ("Company") and the Customer identified below ("Customer"). This Agreement, together with Company's Terms and Conditions for Residential Customers, which are below and incorporated herein by reference, constitute a binding agreement between Company and Customer. The Initial Term of this Agreement is three (3) years from the date signed below and WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW MONTH-TO-MONTH THEREAFTER unless notice of non- renewal is provided as described in Section 2 of the Terms and Conditions.
