MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENTMemorandum of Agreement • February 2nd, 2022
Following successor contract negotiations, between the Weston School Committee (“Weston”) and the Local 690 AFSCME (Buildings & Grounds) (collectively, the “Parties”) pursuant to G.L. Chapter 150E, the Parties hereby agree to this Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”). This MOA is subject to ratification by the Buildings & Grounds bargaining unit and approval by vote of Weston. Except as modified herein, the Parties agree to extend the present July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2022 agreement to the period of July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2025.
