Attached to and made part of the Proposal are applicable SunTrust Bank banking service agreements for the services SunTrust is offering to provide pursuant to the terms of our Proposal. These agreements include the SunTrust Treasury Management Master Agreement, the SunTrust Treasury Management Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"), the Rules and Regulations for Deposit Accounts, the Funds Transfer Agreement and any documents referred to in any of the foregoing. The SunTrust banking service agreements included with the Proposal shall constitute the contract for services to be provided pursuant to the RFP. All requested services will be provided pursuant to the terms of the relevant banking service agreement(s) and the terms expressly set forth in the Proposal, subject to further negotiation you may require. Any negotiated changes to our Proposal or in any banking service agreements must be satisfactory to each party, in its discretion. SunTrust has addressed the requirements
