This Agreement is to formalize the Award to (“Organization”) from the SyracuseCoE Innovation Fund at Syracuse University (“University”). The Organization and the University (the “Parties”) agree that the Award will be guided by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement (“Agreement”).
