through your employer listed below (“Employer”) to accommodate purchases for Wild Adventures 2023 season passes. The undersigned customer (“Customer”) hereby authorizes Employer to make payroll deductions in the Total Payment Amount listed above to pay for the applicable 2023 Wild Adventures season passes identified above (“Season Passes”). The payroll deductions will be in the amount and number listed below and the deduction period will start with the next regular paycheck date from the date that Wild Adventures receives this signed agreement. Upon signing this agreement, Customer will be provided with a confirmation number to present to Wild Adventures in person to receive the Season Passes.
