Important Points When Leaving Your Child 1. We will hand out the Confirmation form when you leave your child. It is required when you pick up your child, be sure to keep it.2. If the condition of your child’s health differs from usual, or if there is anything the sitters should be aware of concerning care of your child, please be sure to let us know.3. We cannot accept your child under the following conditions.・If your child has a fever higher than 37.5ºC or is otherwise in poor physical health on the scheduled day.1* If your child has, or may have, an infectious disease or other illness.2* If Pigeon Hearts Co.(hereinafter referred to as PH) determines that your child cannot be accepted for care.4. Please take your child to the bathroom in advance.5. In regards to meals, we will only serve commercially produced food, with no broken seals, for reasons of food safety and hygiene. We will not make any food available to your child, save for what you provide, due to dietary considerations,
