On June 6, 2000, AT&T’s predecessor-in-interest, Cellular One, and the City entered into a lease agreement, which allowed for the placement of AT&T telecommunications equipment on the City’s radio tower located at 85 Osborne Street. In 2007, the original agreement was renegotiated and amended with AT&T standing in the place of Cellular One.
