This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Master Subscription Agreement (or other such titled written or electronic agreement addressing the same subject matter) between Roam B.V. and Customer for the purchase of Location SDK and API services from Roam (identified collectively either as the “Service” or otherwise in the applicable agreement, and hereinafter defined as the “Service”), wherein such agreement is hereinafter defined as the “Agreement,” and whereby this DPA reflects the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data. Customer enters into this DPA on behalf of itself and, to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations, in the name and on behalf of its Authorised Affiliates, if and to the extent Roam processes Personal Data for which such Authorised Affiliates qualify as the Controller.
