Efficiency Manitoba (“EM”) offers an “Incentive(s)” for purchasing and installing qualifying energy-efficient products (the “Products”) to an eligible building owner or designated representative (the “Customer”) who qualifies under the In-Suite Appliance Program (the “Program”) Terms and Conditions set out below and as set out in Appendix A – Program Eligibility Criteria, which forms part of this Agreement.
