WHEREAS the Council and the Association are desirous of establishing a form of standard Collective Agreement with respect to certain employees of the Employers engaged in all phases of demolition and wrecking as defined in Articles and of this Collective Agreement and within the geographical area defined herein so as to provide uniform interpretation, application and administration of the relationship established;
