THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of January 2024, by and between Casella Waste Management of Massachusetts, Inc., with an address of 43 Industrial Drive, Belmont, NH 03220 (“Casella”) and the Town of Northfield, New Hampshire, a New Hampshire municipal corporation with an address of 21 Summer Street, Northfield, NH 03276 (“Town”) (“Agreement”).
