This Amendment #1 is hereby entered into as of the Amendment Effective Date, defined in Section 6 below, by and between Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the “POLK COUNTY”), and the City of Lake Wales, a Florida municipal corporation (the “CITY”). POLK COUNTY and CITY shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties.”
