This Memorandum of Understanding (the “MOU” or “Agreement”) is made this day of November, 2018 by and between Wisconsin Avenue Baptist Church (“WABC”) and Sunrise Senior Living (“Sunrise”) or its successors and assigns, and Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3E (“ANC 3E” or the “ANC”). Sunrise, WABC and the ANC are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
