The undersigned Parties, Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC (“CenturyLink”), a Colorado corporation, and Beehive Telephone Company (“Customer”), have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Infrastructure Sharing Master Services Agreement, including the Common Channel Signaling/SS7 Exhibit 6, attached hereto and incorporated herein, for the State of Utah.
