INDEMNITY. Subcontractor shall defend, indemnify, hold harmless and reimburse Owner, the Project's lenders, Contractor and their agents, officers, and employees (the "Indemnities'") from all claims for injury, sickness, disease or death or injury to or destruction of tangible property, including but not limited to the loss of use resulting there from, arising out of or in connection with the performance of the Work or any negligent act of omission of Subcontractor at or in connection with the Project, by anyone directly or indirectly employed by Subcontractor, its lower tier subcontractors and suppliers, or anyone else for whose acts Subcontractor is liable. In any and all claims against the Indemnities by any employee of Subcontractor or anyone of whose acts Subcontractor may be liable, the indemnification obligation under this paragraph shall not be limited in any way by any limitation on the amount of or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable by or for Subcontractor or an
