This Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between you, as an individual principal real estate broker or broker in charge, or as a real estate brokerage firm, as PCMLS may require (the “Participant”), and the Park City Multiple Listing Service, Inc., a Utah corporation (“PCMLS”).
