A marriage agreement can be said as a written agreement between a prospective husband and future wife who will have a marriage regarding property during their marriage and the consequences of the termination of their marriage that deviates from the principles or patterns established by law. The marriage agreement in the marriage law is regulated in Chapter V Article 29 which consists of four paragraphs. This study aims to determine the perspective of the head of KUA throughout Cirebon related to the urgency of the marriage agreement and to find out the object of the marriage agreement. This study uses qualitative research, the data collected is by means of documentation and interviews. The results of the study concluded that, the view of the head of the KUA throughout Cirebon related to the urgency of the marriage agreement in forming a harmonious family in fact the majority expressed their disapproval, it was motivated by the reason that the marriage agreement seemed to have planned d
