The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), an agency of the State of Texas and the named PERFORMING PARTY enter this Contract for the purpose of providing financial assistance for emissions reduction projects as authorized by Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 386, Subchapter D-1.The Parties agree: (a) to be effective, the Contract must be signed by an Authorized Official of TCEQ and the PERFORMING PARTY; (b) the PERFORMING PARTY will conduct the Grant Activities and Administrative Requirements in accordance with the Contract; and (c) TCEQ will reimburse authorized allowable costs in accordance with the Texas Grant Management Standards and the Contract.
