International Loops provides social media-related marketing services to its clients, including the planning and execution of social media-based advertising campaigns pursuant to which celebrity influencers publicize the client and its Instagram page via various promotions (including sweepstakes administered by International Loops), thereby increasing the general visibility of the client and the traffic to its pertinent social media page. International Loops and the below-defined Independent Distributor wish to enter into this Independent Distributor Agreement pursuant to which Independent Distributor will solicit client orders for International Loops and perform other duties or activities specified herein in accordance with the payment terms of this Agreement.
