This Certificate is issued in consideration of the contribution made as specified in the Certificate of Takaful and pursuant to the answers given in the Person Covered’s Proposal Form (or when the Person Covered applied for this Certiticate of Takaful) and any other disclosures made by the Person Covered between the time of submission of the Person Covered’s Proposal Form (or when the Person Covered applied for this takaful) and the time this contract is entered into. The answers and any other disclosures given by the Person Covered shall form part of this Certificate of Takaful between the Person Covered and Us. However, in the event of any pre-contractual misrepresentation made in relation to the Person Covered’s answers or in any disclosures given by the Person Covered, only the remedies in Schedule 9 of the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 will apply.
