Throughout this agreement masculine or feminine and singular or plural pronouns may be used interchangeably in reference to employees. Whereas Bluewater Power and the Union have entered into this Agreement, hereinafter where the terms “mutually agreed upon” appear, such terms shall refer to mutual agreement between the parties to this Agreement.‌
