CustomerBeach is a service offered by Sycron Technologies Inc which is also d/b/a CustomerBeach. CustomerBeach provides you, our "Client", with tools, resources, and services, all of which hereinafter will be know as "Services", to collect visitor e­mail addresses and to create, launch, and manage online, permission­ based, e­mail campaigns. This Service may not be used for the sending of unsolicited e­mail (sometimes called "spam"). See our Anti­Spam Policy. The following are the terms and conditions for use of the Services.
