§§11-951 et seq., between the City of Tempe, an Arizona municipal corporation, and the City of Scottsdale, an Arizona municipal corporation. The aforementioned cities shall herein be known collectively as the “Parties” and individually as “Party” or as “Tempe” or “Scottsdale” depending on the context. The Parties shall act through their respective fire departments in the performance of this Agreement.
