entered into this day of , 2018 ("Effective Date"), by and between the CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Fort Collins”), and the CITY OF LOVELAND, COLORADO, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Loveland”) and LARIMER COUNTY, COLORADO, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado (hereinafter referred to as the “County”). Collectively these three will hereinafter be referred to as the “Partners” and the singular “Partner” will hereafter refer to any of the three or each of the three.
