Whereas, Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Illinois1 (“AT&T Illinois”) and Aero Communications, LLC (“CLEC”) (collectively, the “Parties”) entered into an Agreement relating to local interconnection which became effective on December 31, 2005, (“Agreement”) and which permits the Parties to mutually agree to amend the Agreement in writing; and
