These terms and conditions of this purchase order (“PO”) are the exclusive and binding agreement of the LinkedIn entity listed on this PO (“LinkedIn”) and the supplier listed on this PO (“Seller”) for the purchase of the products (“Goods”) or services (“Services”) ordered on the face of this PO. All references in this PO to "you" or "your" refer to Seller. All references in this PO to "us" or "we" or “our” refer to LinkedIn.
